Having an involvement at the Richmond Football Club over the past 10 years has given Marc many different experiences at the AFLs highest level. Starting off as an assistant in Player Development under head development coaches Craig McRae and Jade Rawlings then into a role as Midfield/Backline Coach in Richmond’s inaugural standalone VFL team in 2014/15 and now the Director of Coaching in the VFL alongside senior coach Craig McRae, Marc has seen the ups and downs of this great club. None more than seeing the clubs major success in 2017 winning the AFL premiership and losing a tight VFL grand final.
